A matrix of dolls. Nothing more to say.
Pretty colors, shadows, clouds, and rays of light. Oh, and there's a camping site also. (Skibotn, Norway)
Interesting texture on some rock in Norway.
A bit of an inside joke. Natives of Turku are not always considered as the most welcoming bunch, so this situation made me laugh. However, the whole thing is just a mean lie by some jealous people. Turku is great.
It's difficult to define why I like this photo. I guess it's the contrast between the fluffy tree and the drab-looking building behind it. Gray and green. Very two-dimensional, so a bit graphic-like.
Some stuff above a wood-burning water heating tank in a proper Finnish sauna.
A charmingly colorful renovation site.
Oh the decrepitness! But do not worry. This place has been mowed down and replaced with new buildings.
It didn't rain, but it was a sunny day in Andalucía. So, that's why the umbrella. I don't even remember what they were photographing. I bet it was a church. (Córdoba, Spain)
The prisoned king at the Beijing Zoo. This is not a statement about zoos nor the way this particular animal may have been treated. But the symbolism is dark. And, let's be real, it does look like Abu Ghraib.
Looking through a large window at the Main Library in the City of Turku, Finland.
A glass of Gin n'Tonic on a backlit bar counter. Appropriately blurry. This is an image about fateful decisions.
A tree and its shadow.
The splendor of the fall colors. An elderly man is walking to the left as in denial of the late stage... of things... like the summer.
A cruise ship in darkness. Floating there all UFO-like.
Snapped with iPhone 7 through a train's window early in the morning. The opposing colors and the mist of a new day make this image an appropriate symbol for change.
A housecat pussyfooting around the bush with one eye perfectly covered by a leaf.
Pots of cacti on somebody's roof in Granada, Spain.
Pictures hung on a wall by the entrance to a Nepalese restaurant.
Sun setting behind coniferous trees in Koli, Finland.
There is contrast between people and the structures. Two people look like they're taking a break. They are small in the periphery of the image. The camera is pointed as if to look through the whole thing at something beyond... beyond, the scene. Somehow these things contribute to an interesting picture.
Tourists at the Rialto bridge, Venice, Italy.
Kids on a ferry crossing lake Garda in Italy.
There is a shit-ton of windows to be washed on the Flower Dome. Gardens by the Bay, Singapore.
Singaporean sharks.
This image is open to so many interpretations that I won't offer even one. (Christiania, Copenhagen, Denmark)
Bicyclists and guards in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Festival goers few summers ago at the 'Ilmiö' event in Uittamo (Turku, Finland).
I don't know what this company does, but it must be great.
